Justin's Life After Alcohol

helping you achieve your life after alcohol

I drank from 13 to 38. Never hit rock bottom, never had a "problem" in the way people expect — I just decided I wanted more out of life than another drink could give me. So I quit, and I haven't looked back since.
Now I help people who feel the same way: not broken, not in crisis, just ready for a change. Life After Alcohol is about proving you don't need a rock-bottom story to choose something better. Just a decision — and the willingness to follow through on it.

Some Of My Digital Products

I didn't have any of this when I quit. No journal, no card to pull out when a craving hit, no guide for the awkward "why aren't you drinking" moments. I worked it out the hard way,

one day at a time, mostly on my own.
These products are what I wish someone had handed me on day one. Not theory, not a clinical checklist — just the practical stuff that actually gets you through the moments that matter: the craving that hits at 9pm, the wedding where everyone's drinking, the nights your sleep feels wrecked without booze to knock you out.
I built each one from what genuinely helped me stay sober, not what looks good on a shelf. If they save you even one bad decision, they've done their job.

Tools For All Elements Of Sobriety

The Sober Social Survival Guide is for the bit everyone worries about — weddings, work dos, mates asking why you're not drinking — with ways to handle it that don't leave you standing there with nothing to say.

The SOS Emergency Cravings Card is there for the moment a craving hits out of nowhere, when you need something fast to talk yourself down before you talk yourself into it.

The Sober Starter Kit brings the basics together so you're not figuring it all out from scratch in week one.

The Sober Sleep Guide deals with something nobody warns you about — how hard those first weeks of sleep without alcohol can be, and what actually helps.

Wear You Sobriety With Pride

There was a time when the drink did the talking — at parties, at family dos, in the pub after work. Now you get to choose what says something about you instead. A jumper that keeps you warm. A mug for your coffee, not your comedown,

or a t-shirt you can wear without needing to explain yourself.
You don't have to shout about your journey to anyone who doesn't ask. But when someone does — a nod from a stranger, a question from a mate — you'll know exactly why you're wearing it. Because you did the hard part. This is just the merch that comes after. Wear it because you're proud. Wear it because you made it. Wear it because it's yours.
